Kyiv, November 14. The Parliament Committee on national security and defence has decided to refuse a mention in the draft law on the Donbass to break off diplomatic relations with Russia, said Secretary of the Committee, the Deputy from "Blok of Petro Poroshenko" Ivan Vinnik.

"We agreed on consensus that it is a matter of the rupture of diplomatic relations is the power exclusively to the Executive branch.
To keep a clear allocation and independence of the branches of government. we will not speak of Executive power as they carry out the law" — said the MP.
According to the speaker of Parliament Andriy Parubiy, the fate of the amendment on the rupture of diplomatic relations with Russia will be determined by the deputies on 16 November. He noted that the bill was prepared two amendments were made to the Committee and the Parliament.
