Kiev hopes that the United States will Fund the mission of UN peacekeepers in the Donbass

Kyiv, September 13. Kiev hopes that the U.S. is ready to financially support the introduction of UN peacekeepers in the Donbass. This was stated by Ukrainian Deputy Prime Minister Ivanna klympush-Tsintsadze.

According to klympush-Tsintsadze, Ukraine believes that it has received a clear assurance from the White house that the U.S. "is ready to make an exception to his rule that they recently introduced, refuse to support any peacekeeping mission by the UN and to pay for them", reports TASS.

Recall that the President of the Russian Federation on 5 September announced that Russia will submit to UN Security Council resolution on the deployment of international peacekeepers on the contact line in the Donbass, to protect employees of the OSCE, which are in the region in the framework of the Minsk agreements.

The Russian leader stressed that the sending of UN forces is only possible after removal of the sides of the arms and when reaching agreement on this issue with representatives of the DNI and the LC.
