Saakashvili: I was offered money so I didn't come to Ukraine

Lviv, September 12. The former Governor of the Odessa region Mikhail Saakashvili said that he had signed issued his report on illegal crossing of the Ukrainian border.

According to him, the Ukrainian authorities tried by all possible means to prevent his return to the country and even offered him money, if a politician will remain in Poland.

"Put the army, threatened me with extradition, organized press conferences, pressured the Polish government, various predictions through the third, fourth persons sent me. The money was offered, I did not come. I said sorry, but I will come to Ukraine", — quotes Saakashvili .

Recall that earlier deprived of Ukrainian citizenship to ex-the Governor of Odessa region with the support of colleagues broke through a cordon of guards and got on the territory of Ukraine.
