Moscow, November 15. Russian Deputy Prime Minister for sports Vitaly Mutko said that Russia can not accept all provisions of the expert's report, WADA Richard McLaren.
"All links in a chain, the New York Times, apparently, is the press-service commissions of the IOC and WADA. If they published all the reports to WADA about work in Russia, we could see that 80% of the total volume of the monumental work done by Russia, have met all the criteria of a "road map" — said Mutko.
According to the Vice Premier, the report of the McLaren was the subject studied by the Russian specialists who came to the conclusion that to fully recognize it, Russia can not, despite the requirement of the opposing structures.
Mutko said that in 2015 he signed a "road map" to restore RUSADA, where one of the criteria included the recognition of the data presented in the report of the McLaren. The Russian side declared that will first examine all the data and then give my opinion.
He stressed that after studying the report, Russia has taken to reform, but to recognize fully the report refuses.
"If you believe the McLaren, we have all the sport mired in doping: more than a thousand athletes participate in some programs — even in those sports where a banned substance is in principle not necessary", — quotes the words of Deputy Prime Minister .
