Moscow, November 14. Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev signed a decree on introducing to the State Duma a bill to establish administrative responsibility for illegal trade in tickets for football matches of the 2018 world Cup. The corresponding decree was published on the website of the Cabinet.
the bill provides for the establishment of administrative responsibility for illegal sale of tickets for the matches of the world championship, which will be held in the summer of 2018 in Russia.
For these acts provides for imposition of an administrative fine on citizens in the amount from 20-fold to 25-fold entry ticket, the order text.
Thus, the fine may be up to 1 million rubles.
the government believes that the bill will allow to fulfill the obligations of Russia before the International football Federation (FIFA) to ban the illegal sale of tickets for the matches of the world Cup 2018 and to create a system to prevent violations of the ticket sales for world Cup matches.
