Sebastopol, November 14. the Idea of a businessman Sergei Polonsky on the creation of an international city on the Peninsula looks like a phantasmagoria, the head of the Public chamber of the Republic Grigory Ioffe, reminding that Crimea is Russian territory.

Polonsky Previously announced its intention to participate in elections of the President of Russia in 2018, made the proposal to establish in the Crimea "international city of the future". Concept of a businessman foresees the creation of an international territory in which different countries will be able to get free land for their projects. Polonsky has offered to make the city fully open – without visas and free access to all countries of the world.
