Moscow, January 29. the Russian draft of the Constitution of Syria is well balanced and takes into consideration how modern standards devices a secular state and the Syrian traditions and customs. This statement was made Deputy head of the main operations Directorate of the General staff of the armed forces of Russia Stanislav Gadzhimagomedov.
Representative of the General staff noted that the project is a framework and aims to ensure the basic principles of a possible state structure of Syria as a sovereign state. In the work on the project was attended by Russian Orientalists and specialists in constitutional law, and representatives of the Syrian Diaspora in Russia.
