In the case of a regime change in Ukraine, the new government recognizes "Minsk" illegitimate, this opinion was expressed by a member of the Presidium of the Council on foreign and defense policy of the Russian Federation Alexander Losev. In the program "60 minutes" on TV channel "Russia" the expert also called popular unrest in Kiev: "controlled chaos", according to the expert, the protesters are trying to overthrow the current government.
