"Gazprom" has challenged interim decision of the Swedish court in a dispute with Naftogaz

Moscow, November 14. the Russian company "Gazprom" has challenged in court of Sweden, the interim decision of Stockholm arbitration on the dispute with the Ukrainian company "Naftogaz", the report said "Gazprom" on the company.

Recall that the oral hearings on the muzzle passed, the parties submitted statements following the hearing on 11 November 2016, 31 may was issued the interim decision on some important issues.

"November 7, 2017, Gazprom filed in court of Appeals district 356 of Svea (Sweden) application challenging intermediate (particular) solution and its partial abolition", — is noted in the report.

At the end of may the Stockholm arbitration court ruled in a dispute between "Gazprom" and "Naftogaz" contract on gas supplies to Ukraine, which is intermediate. The Ukrainian side said that the court satisfied the basic requirements of Kiev has cancelled the contract a condition "take or pay" and a ban on re-export.

Gazprom, in turn, said that the balance of the court's decision is positive for the Russian side has denied the abolition of the rule of "take and pay", reports the Agency .
